Exhibitor Overview
We want to put a Spotlight you! Imagine being part of a very intimate space that encourages relationship building. Unlike the huge convention floor vibe, The Bayview Golf & Country Club is a private club built for private gatherings. The newly renovated facilities are bright, spacious, high end and very clean. We are using the large conference room for the main event. Outside of the large conference room is a large bright hallway with high ceilings. This spacious hallway is our exhibitor space. Imagine a coffee bar in the morning and a cocktail bar during exhibitor hours. Now think of a row of high top tables around the space, each with 1 banner behind. This event “feel” is all about “connecting”. We’ll be hand selecting our exhibitors to enhance the quality of companies showcased and encourage the personalized experience.
- Each exhibitor gets a 4X4 space.
- Setting is that each exhibitor will have 1 high top table.
- Place your 1 pop up behind it.
- This environment is curated to encourage meet and greets
- The high top is inviting, and you’ll attract more people to you if you are standing.
- All you need is your business cards and your mobile phone to book appointments.
- This event is about encouraging relationship building
- We are investing in food and bar (or morning coffee) in same area…to encourage “stick” in the meet and greet of exhibitors
- You can rent high chairs for an extra fee.
- The area is already carpeted, so no need to order carpeting.
- There are various electrical outlets for re-charging phones and laptops. However, no electrical will be available at booths.
- We encourage you to wear shirts that represent your brand
- Don’t worry about spending money on giveaways. However, if you want to make an impact, we can put something in the event swag bag. *extra fees may apply. For give-aways, the minimum order will be 300 units for swag bag or 60 units for VIP ticket holders.
- We have curated the event to have dedicated hours to the meet and greets.
- Exhibit Space is included in Sponsorship package.
- This is the format, and no one exhibitor can buy more than 1 space. (no one gets a bigger space)
- Space is limited. The producers reserve the right to decline an application without giving a reason as to why the application is declined.
