Questions and Answers

Q Can I attend the seminars in person?

A Yes. Our training facility can accommodate up to 45 people in the studio. Please arrive at least 15 min before the start of the session as all sessions start on time. Google Map It.

Q We would like our employees to attend, are there group rates?

A Yes. If you wish to register more than 5 employees, please contact us at 416-444-7767 to arrange a special rate for your business.

Q Does this program qualify for the Canada Job Grant program?

Q What happens if I register for a Course and I miss it?

A All seminar Courses will be recorded in HD and placed in the member’s area for review.

Q What if I have a question that didn’t get answered during a seminar?

A If you have purchased a particular seminar Course and you have a question, you can email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to respond.

A We accept all major credit cards, paypal, cash, business cheques and email transfers. Contact our offices at 416-444-7767 to arrange the method of payment that works best for you.

Q I will be attending online what equipment do I need?

A All seminars will be presented via Livestream technology. Any late model computer or tablet will suffice. A headset is preferred for the best audio experience possible. Each seminar will have a unique login and is intended for paid participants only. Chat will be monitored during the presentations and any questions will be responded to in turn. It is possible to ask your question or provide feedback via live audio if you are chosen by the presenter to do so.

Q What methods of payment do you accept?

Q What is your refund policy?

A Our refund policy is “pay and play.” This means that all seminar Courses are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a particular Course, you may receive a full refund up to 30 days following the date of the seminar. There are no refunds before the seminar for any reason.

Q I didn’t hear about that’s Ambitious until now and there are seminar Courses that I would have liked to attend. What can I do?

A You can still register and pay for each Course or Stage (group of Courses) because all seminar Courses are recorded in HD and placed in the member’s area. To Register click here

Q I would like to attend the That’s Ambitious Conference only, can I buy a ticket?

A Yes. Click here to purchase tickets for the conference. Please note that if you do not participate in any of the Stages you will not be eligible for any of the awards or prizes that will be presented at the conference.

Q Will there be handouts?

A Yes. All handouts will be distributed electronically at the appropriate time before or during each seminar. If attending in person, handouts will sometimes be distributed via hard copy.

Q I am a speaker and would like to present at the That’s Ambitious Conference in 2020, is that possible?

A Yes. Please fill out a “request for speakers” form on this web page.
